THE INSTALLATION OF DAILY ROUTINE
INTRODUCTION:

Early in the morning, when you want to get rid of your laziness, let it be on hand...!

To make our new habits, it’s not an easy task to do so. For this, we came here to learn about the so-called “THE HABIT INSTALLATION PROTOCOL” to make our new habits become part of our life.

This whole exercise takes approximately sixty-six days, according to the research data of University College London.

STAGE 1 - DESTRUCTION PERIOD. (1st 22 days)

In the code of any new habit, you will pass the early destruction.

All change is hard at first. That’s why this stage is called “DESTRUCTION”. If it wasn’t hard in the beginning, it wouldn’t be a real change.

It must be difficult to rewrite the past patterns of your mind and destroy old functional ways.

Transforming the past performances of your heart and emotions.

STAGE 2 - INSTALLATION (2ND 22 DAYS CYCLE)

The secondary is called ‘installation’ because you are doing an interior renovation, like doing a variety of things. The former foundations must be torn down so that the finest can be laid. This condition can leave you feeling confused, stressed, and frustrated. This second stage only looks chaotic. But the reality is you’re growing beautiful. Okay, Now this is the last stage when it all comes. You’ve advanced through the initial disruption, you’ve made it through the dangerousness and chaos of the middle phase, and you’ve come out the other side stronger, skilled, and Your highest and invincible - with the greatest intimacy of nature.

CONCLUSION:

Each time you go for a new habit, or greater skills, or even a more evolved core belief, I go into this death-and-rebirth cycle. It feels like the end. You’ll be so scared at times, tried a lot for a while, and confused by what the dark voice of your ego will say. You’ll even feel like you’re going crazy sometimes. That’s why so few people do this work. Why very few reach the rare air of epic performance and make a global impact on culture.
